1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy defines the rules for collecting and using information about individuals (User, Partner, Client) who use the services offered by “LIMITLESS” LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company). By using (accessing, downloading) the Company’s ECO-TAXI application or using the passenger transportation services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the Service), you consent to the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy.

1.2. The Company has the right to unilaterally modify (edit) the provisions of the Privacy Policy without any condition, notice, or negative consequences for itself, by posting the updated Policy at the following link.

1.3. What data is collected:

1.3.1. Personal data provided by you about yourself and/or third parties,
1.3.2. Automatically collected information,
1.3.3. Location data via GPS,
1.3.4. Payment card information (payment details) provided by you about yourself and/or third parties.

1.4. If you provide the Company with information about third parties as specified in Clause 1.3, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to provide such data.

2. Purpose and Basis for Processing Personal Data

2.1. The Company collects, stores, and uses personal data for the purpose of providing Services, specifically:
• To provide Services to you,
• To ensure quality in accordance with user demands,
• To facilitate transportation,
• To improve the application.

2.2. The information obtained through the application may also be combined with other information provided by you (orally and/or in writing, when visiting the company or calling).

2.3. The collection and processing of personal data are carried out automatically, without the involvement of the Company’s employees. Access to personal data by employees is granted strictly for the purpose of providing services.

2.4. The data entered/provided by you is protected using up-to-date technologies. The Company also uses encryption, APIs, and access control to ensure the security of your personal data.

2.5. Your personal data collection and processing are terminated when you stop using the Company’s services or when the Company ceases to provide services to you.
